- Active participation —in Spanish, English, and Mandarin— in negotiations between a Latin American state-owned company and a Chinese financial institution for the financing of a refinery with a total investment of USD $10 billion.
- Key role in the negotiation and drafting of documents to formalize an oil contract between a Latin American state-owned company and a French oil company, within the framework of a USD $4.9 billion project recognized as the “Transaction of the Year” by Latin Lawyer.
- Negotiation and drafting of a USD $970 million credit agreement between a Chinese bank and a Latin American country, representing the firm.
- Institutional representation at international conferences held in Hong Kong, Canada, and other strategic venues.
- Consulting on various international bidding processes for the construction and operation of gas and oil sector projects.
- Leadership of the Community Investment Committee, coordinating multiple corporate volunteer initiatives.
- Active member of the Research and Development Committee, led by the CEO, focused on redesigning the firm’s business model and incorporating legaltech and strategic innovation.
